Information, not a valuation
WhatItSold presents source-labeled public-record facts, verified transaction contributions, and clearly labeled statistical estimates. An estimate is not a sale. A county appraisal is a tax reference. The equity calculator performs arithmetic on the inputs you choose; it is not an appraisal, valuation, CMA, or sale-price opinion.
Sources and limits
Sources include public records and contributions from parties to transactions. No MLS data or listing-portal data is used. Records may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. A missing source or year is shown as pending rather than guessed.
Contributions and corrections
The transaction contribution form is temporarily unavailable. To request a correction or property suppression, visit /correct or contact hello@soldiq.land. A request is reviewed individually and the team confirms its disposition.
Privacy
Property suppression requests are honored across public property search and detail pages. Read the Privacy page for information about source data, documents, and suppression processing.
