Sources
The registry uses property facts from public records and transaction details contributed by a party to a sale. It does not use MLS data or listing-portal data.
Contributions and documents
The contribution form is temporarily unavailable and no contribution is accepted. If intake is enabled later, a contribution may include account email, a selected property, claimed price and date, transaction relationship, and optional supporting material. Supporting documents are not published.
Equity calculations
The equity calculator uses the three numeric inputs you enter. It may log those inputs and arithmetic results without your email, address, property ID, or browser identifiers. It does not save your inputs against a property.
Corrections and opt-outs
To request a correction or property suppression, email hello@soldiq.land with the property address and county. The team reviews requests and confirms the result by email. A suppression is honored across public property search and detail pages. Because canonical address matching is not configured, public property output is withheld while any opt-out record exists.
